Amelia joined Commins Hendriks as a legal assistant in 2018 and was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2019.

With commercial and litigation experience, Amelia currently works closely with Solicitor Director John Potter and Solicitor Tonya Longmore assisting clients in a range of matters including medical negligence and public liability litigation.

Amelia has experience in various jurisdictions including the District Court of NSW and Supreme Court of NSW.

“I deal with people during difficult times in their lives and assist people to understand their problem. Often I am the first to talk to people about their concerns and I certainly have compassion for what they have been exposed to in their lives. The outcomes we achieve for many of our clients offer some comfort in what can be very difficult circumstances for them.”

Amelia enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is often researching for her next skiing adventure.
