After 30 years in the teaching profession, in 2015 Lindy decided it was time to pursue a different path and began studying law. Law had always held an interest for Lindy, and she joined Commins Hendriks in 2015, assisting Director Tammy Holzheimer’s team as a Legal Secretary until she was admitted as a Solicitor in 2020.

Lindy works predominantly in commercial and rural conveyancing, succession and estate planning, including intergenerational transfers, sale of business, leases, and deceased estates.

“I enjoy establishing a rapport with clients both in person and over the telephone. I ensure I always act in a professional and caring manner and value the relationships that are developed. My clients are kept updated on the progress of their case until finalisation, and I appreciate the challenges that working on matters brings. I gain a great deal of satisfaction knowing that I have played an important part in solving a problem.”  Lindy enjoys keeping fit and is an avid reader. She values spending time outdoors on scenic walks and cherishes the time spent with friends and family.
