Michael, an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury, has extensive experience in representing and advising employers, local government institutions, and commercial property owners in lawsuits. He also enjoys working for families managing the 500-acre farm, or undertaking the detective work for community volunteer associations untangling historic title deeds.
“It’s not just high stakes – litigation or the High Court challenges – it’s about how the law affects everyday people on a day-to-day basis. It may seem small, but these matters are important to them.”
“Growing up in Junee, I’m passionate about rural communities,
and about repurposing and revitalising the small communities,” he says.
Michael is a fourth-generation lawyer, and Commins Hendriks is the result of a merger of his family’s practice, which his great-grandfather Frederick Commins founded in Junee in 1902.
“Tradition is a wonderful thing. It is the foundation upon which families form and grow. And being able to look back on our own family’s contribution to this profession over many, many years instils a sense of pride in what we have achieved.”
“Thank you so much for the dedication that you have shown with the very long-term administration of my Dad’s estate.”
